We had a fantastic stay at this charming apartment in the heart of the old town. The layout was perfect for our needs and the kitchen facilities were top-notch. The large shower was a pleasant surprise and the bedroom and living room were both comfortable. Being located on a pedestrian-only street meant we were surrounded by great restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the nearby underground parking with a lift for our luggage. we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area.

The apartment was amazing! The kitchen had new and clean facilities, including a spacious refrigerator and an oven. The bathroom had a large window that could be opened for fresh air. The shower space was the biggest we've seen in Europe! Both the bedroom and living room were comfortable and cozy. The location was perfect, with restaurants, specialty food stores, supermarkets, and boutiques all within walking distance. We also appreciated the nearby underground parking with a lift, which made it easy to handle our luggage.

If you're a light sleeper, be aware that the apartment is located on one of the main pedestrian tourist streets, and the street cleaner may wake you up around 5am. Additionally, the stairs in the apartment were quite narrow and steep, which might be challenging for guests with large luggage or mobility issues.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the pedestrian zone with easy access to restaurants, shops, and parking. The staff was communicative and accessible throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with the addition of a few milk pods for the coffee machine.

I recently stayed at the Apparts Limogeanne in Perigueux for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was new and super clean, which was a big plus for me. The bathroom was spacious and the modern shower was fantastic. The kitchen was modern and complete, perfect for preparing meals. The owners were also very responsive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel.
